I’m writing a story for school about traveling during the holidays.

How do you go about it? Do you book a flight early? How early? Are last minute deals better? Do you prefer to drive, take a train or just stay put?

At what point is it just too expensive or too much of a hassle?

Thanksgiving is the most traveled holiday of the year, do you try to get home for those three or four days or would you rather just wait till the Christmas/Hanukkah holiday?

I’m located in Chicago but I’m looking for answers to all of these questions from people all over the world. Thanks for your help!

I made this video of our 2010 Disney World Vacation. We were there in mid November. The weather was perfect and we had a blast. My youngest son is autistic (high functioning) but he did not let that set him back during this trip. Some moments during this trip just melted my heart. It is what I love about Disney. Both of my guys had an awesome time and are already begging to go back! They are both the biggest Disney fans… ok and mommy and daddy are as well so I know we will be back as soon as possible! Be sure to watch the full video as it may start a little slow but it does pick up and have some great clips by halfway through.
